The Carrington-Philbert Scholarship program will award a minimum of one (1) $2500 one-time scholarship to an entering U.S College/University Freshman

Program Guidelines & Priorities

Applicants should be African American Applicants must plan to attend a U.S. two (2)-year community college or four (4)-year college Scholarship awards will be paid during the month of September Applications must be received no later than May 1st . Late applications will not be accepted Applicants must submit a letter of recommendation from a teacher/principal along with their application Winners will have to provide proof of enrollment by August 31st Please upload transcript, photo, recommendation, and essay below
