I bet to differ. I think precautions can be made to make nighttime more safe. Well, for one thing, don't go certain places without a companion. For instance, 24-hour gyms can put you on the spot. Cops are way more suspicious of loners.

I'm not sure if it's street food but when I was there you could buy these roasted chickens about anywhere. However, what set them apart was a special sauce. Anyway, of course, the chicken was always served with white rice.

This place has western fast food with a Korean twist. For instance, they have the bulgogi burger and also a shrimp burger. Also, they have really good fried chicken. Anyway, I'm not aware they have locations outside of South Korea, though, but they might in some Koreatown somewhere.
