Re: The Coronavirus

I will admit that the media does love to hype bad situations up. But this virus is scary. I'm just hoping for the best and it'll soon pass.

Re: Views about traveling

I think that alot of this hatred and pregedice in the world would be lessened if more people would get out and travel and meet new people and experience new cultures.

Re: Is the Modern World Cleaner, Safer, Healthier?

There was another school shooting in California yesterday. So I would say that it is more dangerous now than it was 20-30 years ago.

Re: Which do you prefer coffee or tea?

That's easy, ice tea during the summer time and coffee during this winter. I like both and both seem right during those parts of the year.

Re: What kind of coffee do you prefer?

I don't know what kind of coffee they use, but McDonalds has some of the best coffee...as far as fast food places and convenient stores. I don't usually drink the expensive coffees at other places like Starbucks.

Re: Top 5 Travel Bucket List Countries?

My 5 countries would be Japan, China, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. I've always been fascinated with Asia since I was a kid. I could name alot more Asian countries, but the list calls only for 5.

Re: strange foods

Although I'm not from Vietnam, I did come across a strange video on YouTube about the eating habits over there. In the video below it talks about how to make pancakes using worms. This is one of the strangest and nastiest things I've ever seen....but, if/when I ever travel to Vietnam I will probably...

Re: Eating cat meat

Every culture has strange traditions and eating habits to someone else. So, we should respect them and try not to be so judgemental. I'm sure that there are a lot of things in American culture that people around the world find offensive. I personally think eating cat meat is disgusting, but I like e...

Re: The novel or its movie?

I would usually say that the book is almost always better, but with the advancement of technology(animation) and independent film making, there are really a lot of good movies coming out now.

Re: What's the best book you've ever read?

Two of my all-time favorite books are by the author Dean Koontz. They are called, "Watchers" and "Twilight Eyes". Both books are a cross between a suspense and Horror. They are both worth checking out.
