Re: Worst part of traveling
The worst part of traveling is when there's an unannounced delay on my flight in which even the airline officials doesn't know how long the delay would be. This happened to me in both international and local flights, usually whenever theres an incoming or outgoing tropical storm. The longest delay I...

Re: A matter of respect.
I agree with you on that a traveller should respectnot only the laws of the land but also it's traditions and should not impose his country's laws and beliefs in the country he's visiting. Being unrespectful is a big no-no for foreigners and travellers because one might be branded as too cocky and a...

Re: What do you prefer – urban or rural life?
I would prefer living in the metro where everything is near and every comfort is just a stone throw away. Not discounting the pleasures of rural living, a second home in the province is a good way to balance ones life. For me, living in the city and vacationing in the province is a good way to live.

Re: Do you believe in God?
Yes, I do believe in God, the God of the old testament and the new. I believe that God and His kind created Man to rule and have dominion over all the living creatures on Earth. I believe that God sent His Son Jesus Christ to save mankind from eternal damnation.

Re: Why do older men choose to retire and marry here?
I know several British expats who married filipinas and decided to stay in Bohol province, near the beaches there. I visited a good friend who worked in the UK for 20 years and he settled in Bohol, his home town, and was surprised to know that his sister and a cousin has both married his co workers ...
