It is a translator from English to Tagalog or Tagalog to English that can be edited and customized. The idea behind it is that if you are trying to learn Tagalog, by actively editing the dictionary and tailoring the vocabulary words it will keep you engaged in learning and help you to remember the words that you are working to learn.
