does anyone know what the steps are for a foreigner trying to get married to an mexican citizen?

I live in Mexico but I don't know much about the marriage process here. All I know is that it shouldn't be that difficult but it can take a few days. You will need to go to the states registry office which is called "Registro Civil" take the essential documents such as an ID, passport, and prove of address and they will take care of the paper work with you. You will need witnesses as well.
