Volunteering at La Esperanza Granada can be a very rewarding experience. As a volunteer you can be a part of an organisation that supports young people around the city, and change lives for the better. Volunteering can help you develop skills that you can use in other areas of your life, and gain experience in the NGO and education sectors. We are always looking for new individuals to join our team of Learning Center educators, help out with construction work or assist our staff with administrative tasks in our office. We are a grassroots organisation and we work hard to ensure the work of international volunteers is ethical, genuinely impactful to the communities we work with and serves to complement the hard work of our existing Nicaraguan volunteers, staff and educators.
