Who are we?
Proyecto Horizonte is a non-profit and non-governmental organization based in Cochabamba, Bolivia. It began its work in 2004 as a privately funded organization implementing programs designed as solutions to the most urgent needs and problems in the community of Mineros San Juan, Ushpa-Ushpa.
