Those who are able to multi-task with very good computer skills. Call center representatives spend most of the day using computers and answering phones and helping with administrative tasks.
The call center representative must have good written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities: Assist members, doctors or hospitals and internal departments by telephone, email or correspondence to assist in the investigation of medical claims.
