• No more than 3 moving violations in the previous 3 years
• No more than 2 accidents in the previous 5 years
• No SAP
• No DUI
• No reckless driving
• No hit and run
• No speeding over 20 mph
• No driving while using a mobile device
The driver should not have any gaps in driving within the past year.*
